Taking space in Casablanca
A stand at Megawatt Morocco is arranged with the organiser's sales team, and the first message that gets things moving answers four questions: what your company makes, what will actually stand on the floor, the area that equipment needs, and whether anything will be running live. Those four answers decide which part of the Foire International plan is put to you.
Positions and rates are quoted per enquiry rather than published as a list. The 2026 floorplan is still being finalised, so a position discussed this week is a proposal and not a reservation: space is locked when the contract is in.
The two things exhibitors ask about first are freight into Morocco and the power available at the stand. Both are set out in the exhibitor manual issued with the contract, and both are worth settling before you commit to bringing a machine that needs a supply the hall may not give it.

Your entry in the directory
An entry in the exhibitor directory on this site, naming what you sell rather than who you are, so a buyer searching for a product finds you.
The visitor campaign
Invitations to utilities, developers, contractors and distributors are issued by MIE Events. An exhibitor is not asked to generate the audience as well as the stand.

Before you commit
When is the floorplan fixed?
The 2026 plan is still being finalised. Positions are shown against the current version and can be adjusted until the contract is signed, which is why the date on the plan you are sent matters.
Can two companies share a stand?
Yes, with both named on the contract and both listed in the directory. Say so at enquiry stage: co-exhibitors are recorded differently from a single exhibitor and the stand has to be sized for two product ranges.
What are the show dates?
18-20 November 2026, three days at Foire International in Casablanca, with the halls open 10:00-18:00 each day.
