What we do with the details you send us
When you register to visit, enquire about a stand or write to the team, we collect the details you send: your name, company, job title, e-mail, telephone and country, and anything you write in the message. Registrations are submitted to the registration platform that issues badges and confirmation e-mails on our behalf, and the organising team keeps a record of the enquiry so that the same questions are not asked twice.
We use those details to process your registration, to answer your enquiry, and to send information about this exhibition and the other Megawatt editions. We do not sell the list. You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to stop contacting you, by writing to the address on the contact page.
