Media partner and press
Accreditation for journalists, partnerships for publishers
Two doors, one desk
Reporters, editors and photographers who want to cover Megawatt Kenya apply for accreditation through the project team. Publishers, broadcasters and trade portals that want a standing arrangement — a listing, an exchange of space, a regular column of show content — are handled as media partners at the same desk.
Accredited press move through the halls with a working badge, and the team arranges the interviews that cannot be arranged by turning up: a session speaker between panels, an exhibitor with a new product on the stand, a delegation walking the floor.
Press material for the 2027 edition is being prepared as the programme and the exhibitor list are finalised, so the first version of the pack will not be the last. Apply now and the updates arrive as they are produced rather than after the show. Nothing in this page claims a partner, a sponsor or a published title — those are named here only when an agreement is signed.
What each side gets
Access for journalists
A working press badge for the three days, and a named person at the show to arrange interviews through rather than hunting on the floor.
Material as it exists
What the organiser has produced at the time you ask: releases, programme detail, exhibitor information and the images cleared for use. Nothing is supplied that the show cannot stand behind.
Terms for media partners
Logo placement on this site, exchange of advertising space, and a presence at the venue can be discussed as a partnership instead of a one-off accreditation.
Reach into the trade
A partner's audience is the exhibitor and visitor base all year, not only during the three days of the show.
