Visit Megawatt Kenya 2027
Three days in Nairobi, 12-14 May 2027 — free for trade visitors
Before you travel
A visitor badge for Megawatt Kenya is free to anyone working in the trade, and it is issued from the registration made on this site. Register before you fly and the badge is printed in your name and waiting at the desk in Nairobi; leave it until you arrive and the queue at the desk is where your day starts.
Once inside, the hall is organised by product group, so an afternoon is enough to compare the suppliers of one thing properly rather than skimming every stand. The conference sessions run in the same building and are open to badge holders, which means a morning of talks and an afternoon on the floor is a normal way to work the show.
The 2027 conference programme, the session times and the list of exhibiting companies are all still being finalised. They appear on this site as they are settled, so look again shortly before you book anything that cannot be changed.
Visitor questions
Should I register online or at the door?
Online. The registration takes about two minutes, your badge is printed from it, and you walk past the desk queue on arrival. Registering on site is possible but slower.
Who is the show aimed at?
People who buy or specify power equipment: utilities, independent power producers, EPC contractors, installers, distributors, industrial energy users and government energy bodies working in Kenya and the wider East African region.
Do I pay for the conference?
No. Conference sessions are part of the visitor badge rather than a separate ticket. The programme for 2027 is still being finalised and will be published on this site.
How long do I need?
One full day covers the hall and a session or two. Two days is what most buyers allow when they plan to hold meetings as well as walk the stands.
